EXERCISE OF POWERS CONCERNING PARTICULAR KINDS OF ACTIVITY LICENSING BY EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SUBJECTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of exercising powers concerning particular kinds of activity licensing by executive authorities of the Russian Federation subjects. The author reveals the peculiarities of particular kinds of activity licensing at the regional level and studies the mechanism of deputing some particular federal powers in the field of licensing to the subjects level. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legislative normative-legal acts, which regulate relations connected with state licensing powers exercise.
