Abstract. This article reveals difficulties that arise in front of local corporations during economic recession. The basic components influencing the innovative process of the Russian corporations are examined. The need for the full-fledged resource provision of the Russian corporations innovative process is indicated, because only the way of innovative development can provide overcoming crisis phenomena peculiar to many domestic corporations.
