PECULIARITIES OF DESTROYED HOUSING STOCK RECONSTRUCTION IN POST-WAR CONDITIONS

Abstract. The article deals with the problems of the repair and reconstruction of destroyed housing stock in post-war socio-economic conditions, in particular, the organization, planning and management of repair-recovery work. The author substantiates environmental-economic approach under the strategic management of the technical condition of the housing stock being restored.
