PREPARATION OF LEADING KOMSOMOL CADRES DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR OF 1941-1945 (BY THE MATERIAL OF TAMBOV REGION)

Abstract. The paper presents the analysis of the staffing policy of Komsomol (All-Union Leninist Young Communist League) during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The methods and practice of leading Komsomol cadres training are disclosed. The author concludes that there was no practically appropriate training and retraining system for responsible Komsomol workers in the rear Komsomol organizations.
