FORMATION OF THE SOVIET YOUTH’S SOCIALIST CULTURE BY MEANS OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION IN EPOCH OF SOCIAL STAGNATION

Abstract. In the article the author explores the process of international education influence on the formation of the cultural identity of population by the material of Orenburg region. The paper studies the specificity of this phenomenon in terms of social stagnation, characterizes the activity of international friendship clubs, determines the forms of young people’s international contacts and identifies the role of international communication language in the formation of the international perception of the world.
