RIGHT OF OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AS LEGAL FORM OF SPLIT PROPERTY

Abstract. This article considers the right of operational management as a legal form of split property. The definition of split property is given. The content of the right of operational management and its system are revealed. The authority of the property owner assigned to the state-owned enterprise is analyzed. The problems of the legal understanding of property are revealed.
