MOTIVATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS TEACHERS TO USE E-LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. The article presents a pedagogical problem of the integration of e-learning technologies in the system of higher education in Russia. The introduction of e-learning technologies in the educational process of the Russian higher education establishments faces many technical and psychological problems. To solve them it is necessary to apply the theory of personnel motivation. The study is based on the theory of motivation; and its types as well as the specifics of e-learning, advantages and disadvantages are considered. The applied part of the work is devoted to developing the ways of academic staff motivation in the introduction of e-learning technologies in the system of higher education in Russia.
