IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL NORMS ABOUT COURT ACTIVITY IN ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDING

Abstract. In the article the author makes an attempt to analyze the main issues of legal decisions enforcement efficiency provision by the court itself and the ways of improving the Russian legislation about enforcement proceeding based on the Federal Laws "On Enforcement Proceeding" and "On Bailiffs" and other statutory legal acts of analogous level.
