PHILOSOPHICAL GROUNDS OF MODERN PROJECT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract. In the article philosophical ideas, which, in the authors’ opinion, are the basis of transformations occurring in professional education today, are presented. In particular, the authors study the concept of "self-regard" as an essential characteristic of the educational process of a professional, give the interpretation of a new meaning of the notion "efficient education" through the terms "knowing that" and "knowing how".
