DIFFERENT TYPES OF INDEPENDENT WORK AS MEANS OF RESEARCH ABILITIES FORMATION OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. This paper studies the types of students’ independent work and singles out forms that can represent this work. The authors specify the criteria and indicators of future teachers’ research abilities development. As a means of research abilities formation the authors propose the use of independent work. The article also describes the ways of using various types of independent work in accordance with the level of the development of future teachers’ research abilities.
