STUDY OF INTERRELATION OF CREATIVITY AND SATISFACTION WITH WORK IN ADULT AGE

Abstract. In this paper the authors consider creativity as a condition of satisfaction with one’s work in adult age. The results of the study of the interrelation of creativity and satisfaction with work among forty people from thirty to sixty years old are given. The article analyzes in detail the indicators of creativity and satisfaction with work in adult age.
