STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS’ READINESS FOR USING INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the characteristic of the structural-functional model of the formation of future social workers’ readiness for using interactive technologies in professional activity. This model is presented as a pedagogical system, which includes a number of interconnected blocks - target, procedural-informative, resultant ones, as well as their components. The introduction of structural-functional model in the process of the vocational training of social workers will help to achieve a desired result - to form their readiness and skills to use interactive technologies in social sphere.
