ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY WHILE DEVELOPING ORE DEPOSITS IN THE NORTHERN URAL REGIONS

Abstract. The article examines possible consequences for the Northern Ural region environment from traditional methods to develop ore deposits. The Northern Ural region is characterized by ecological hypersensitivity for mining practice, which is accompanied by the formation of solid, liquid and gaseous waste. As an alternative to the traditional methods of raw material processing the authors introduce perspective ones - the dry methods of the value concentration of ore, which increase the environmental safety of mining practice.
