Abstract. The article presents factual material on the comparison of the peculiarities of the morphogenesis of the plants of the diploid species Ae. Longissima - the carrier of the genome B , T. urartu - the carrier of the genome A u and the tetraploid species of wild emmer wheat - T. dicoccoides , the carrier of the genome A uB . The long-term analysis of the morphogenesis of the compared species showed that the structural organization of the plants (the architectural model), both of the diploid and tetraploid species, was the same, inherent in annual grasses. The regulation of the morphogenesis processes of Aegilops differs in some way from the regulatory processes of wheat.
