Abstract. For the first time the authors study the nature of molecular decomposition and describe the characteristic of the possible ways of the fragmentation of the structure of certain synthesized heterocyclic derivative 2'-substituted chalcones with the help of mass spectrum. A biological screening is carried out, in which two structures are identified that is a new program of directed experimental research in the field of the synthesis of isoflavonoid drugs, the derivatives of 2'-substituted chalcones.
