INNOVATIONS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract. The article is devoted to a topical problem of innovative reforms contributing to the improvement of the quality and competitiveness of higher education in Kazakhstan. The authors consider promising directions of innovative activity for the renewal and modernization of academic process at educational institutions of all levels. Special attention is paid to innovations in preschool education. An attempt is made to show that preschool institutions are now more engaged in teaching than upbringing.
