REFLEXIVE COMPETENCE OF A LECTURER: NOTION, STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING MATHEMATICS AT A TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article examines the notion of the reflexive competence of a lecturer of Mathematics at an institution of higher education from the standpoint of the axiological approach. Basing on the analysis of the definitions and structure of the notion under study in scientific-pedagogical literature the author highlights the components, systematizes and generalizes the criteria of the formation of the examined personality’s quality. Special attention is paid to the development of the system of indicators and the means of perfecting reflexive competence in the process of teaching Mathematics at a technical university.
