PRICE FORMATION AND PRICES IN THE SYSTEM OF COMMODITY CIRCULATION OF BASHKIRIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSITION TO PLANNED ECONOMY

Abstract. The article deals with the process of price formation in the national economy of Bashkiria on the eve and during the initial period of industrialization. In the system of commodity circulation there were both market and conventional (procurement) prices in the stated period. At the same time the entry of Bashkiria’s economy into the first five-year plan went with the activity of the private sector where prices were regulated only by indirect methods. However, after the liquidation of private trade the state and cooperative organizations of Bashkiria fulfilled the Soviet price policy only under administrative pressure and with significant violations.
