BACHELORS’ EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS: PROBLEM OF IDENTIFICATION AND EVALUATION OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITY RESULTS

Abstract. The article reveals the definitions of the key notions - "competency" and "competence" - having fundamental importance for the successful solution of the topical problems of the competency-based approach formation at higher school. The paper emphasizes the problem of the research - discrepancy of diagnostic tools, methods and means of identification, control and evaluation of academic achievements of bachelors of pedagogical education. The author suggests his own technologic solutions of the algorithmization of the diagnostic procedures of the evaluation of intermediate and final results of educational activity on the basis of knowledge, abilities and skills and the level gradations of the formation of the components of the activity and personal constituents of competence.
