OPTIMIZATION OF PRIMARY MEASURING TRANSDUCERS OF ELECTRIC FIELD INTENSITY

Abstract. The paper substantiates a choice of maximum power given in the matched load as an optimization criterion for transducers of electric field intensity in conducting media located on mobile carriers. It is shown that meeting this condition provides the maximum conversion coefficient and the minimum threshold of the transducer reaction. The author proposes an idealized model of the primary transducer, which allows obtaining an analytical solution in determination of parameters of the parallel circuit of replacement of the active two-terminal network that is considered as surrounding environment together with the source of measured electric field. The article calculates an optimal relation of structural dimensions of the primary transducer model under study.
