SOME PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTOR’S SUPERVISION OF OBSERVANCE OF CITIZENS’ LABOR RIGHTS

Abstract. In this article some problems of prosecutor’s supervision of observance of citizens’ labor rights are considered. The role of public prosecutor’s office in restoring violated labor rights is analyzed. Relevance of this direction of prosecutor’s supervision is substantiated. The main causes of violation of citizens’ labor rights in modern Russia are determined, according to the author. Some ways of solving the existing problems are suggested.
