COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DATA OF TRANSCRANIAL DOPPLER SONOGRAPHY OF BRAIN VESSELS UNDER THE USE OF TRANSCRANIAL MICROPOLARIZATION WHEN EXAMINING CHILDREN WITH COGNITIVE DISORDERS

Abstract. The most common syndromes in pediatric neurology and psychiatry (delayed speech development, syndrome of attention deficit and hyperactivity, organic CNS lesions) are invariably accompanied by violations of cognitive functions of various degrees. The modern approach to correction of violations of cognitive functions is based on complex methods of diagnosis and treatment. To diagnose and evaluate the results of treatment instrumental methods are used - transcranial Doppler sonography of brain vessels. The complex of therapeutic measures consists of pharmacotherapy, psychotherapeutic classes and neurotherapy. In the analysis of many years of using transcranial micropolarization has proved to be the safest available neurotherapy technique with no side effects, the effectiveness of which is confirmed by ultrasound diagnostics methods.
