THE PLACE OF AUTHENTIC SONG MATERIAL IN THE CONTENTS OF THE SOCIO-CULTURAL COMPONENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the contents of the socio-cultural component of foreign language (FL) teaching under the conditions of the formation of dialogue-like socio-cultural competence (SCC). Authentic song material having dialogue-like nature and allotted with rich socio-cultural potential is presented as the basic part of the socio-cultural component of FL teaching and at the same time as the means of the realization of this component contents.
