Penza State Academy of Technologies

Abstract. The article shows the peculiarities of the phonetic-graphical adaptation of the loaned one-word management terms in the Russian language. The author pays the main attention to the typical changes of loaned terminological management vocabulary while transliterating, transiting, transforming and tracing thanks to which the non-coincidence of solid and separate word writing is traced in a recipient language and a prototype language.
