*DON-PERIPHRASIS IN WEST-GERMANIC LANGUAGES REGIONAL DIALECTS

Abstract. The author considers the questions of *don-periphrasis status and functioning in West-Germanic languages (English, German, Dutch) regional dialects, which demonstrate much greater variety of its usage possibilities in contrast to the literary variants of the corresponding languages.
