Abstract. The author selects scientific speech genre varieties, which are important for this speech style teaching content from all the diversity of scientific speech genres, determines the complexity level of mastering this or that scientific speech genre in a foreign language, and pays special attention to the fact that genre varieties choice for scientific speech teaching is conditioned by the interest of further training faculty students and also by teaching content orientation at general pedagogical subject matter.
