Abstract. The author considers the conditions for grammatical skills formation while learning a foreign language. For a skill different features elaboration different conditions are necessary: for stability - preliminary listening, imitation in speech, phrases uniformity; for flexibility - actions by analogy under speech conditions, exercises speech character and so on. Thus, the necessity of all conditions as a whole creation is obvious.
