STRUCTURAL AND WORD-FORMATIVE MODELS OF URBANONYMS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the systematic description of the structural and word-formative models of streets names in Minusinsk of Krasnoyarsk territory. Simple, complex and compound names of geographical objects in this area are stated among the urbanonyms of Minusinsk. The author pays attention to the prevalence of simple urbanonyms (adjectival, substantive models) mainly formed by a suffixal method, which is a feature of the Siberian town language as expressed, in particular, in the actualization of the principle of speech efforts economy.
