EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF DISCIPLINE "FOREIGN LANGUAGE" IN HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. The author reveals the necessity and possibility of combining educational and training aspects of teaching a foreign language in higher education establishment, reveals the conditions of creating such process, educational objectives, methods of educating students in the process of teaching a foreign language, and shows the possibility of teaching and educational goals combination by the example of the method of design works, discussions, exchange of ideas and brainstorming sessions aimed at finding a solution to the problem.
