ENGLISH BORROWINGS IN THE CHINESE LANGUAGE AS RESULT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESS

Abstract. The author studies the influence of the English language on the Chinese one as a result of globalization process, the reasons of letter words occurrence in the Chinese language, the possibility and consequences of mixing languages ??with different sign and phonetic systems; pays special attention to the problem of using foreign-language abbreviations in the Chinese language, the need for this kind of borrowings and the possible ways of the English language further influence on the Chinese one, and researches the measures that Chinese scientists undertake in order to avoid the use of foreign words in the Chinese language.
