Abstract. The author continues considering the conceptual framework of developing the modular system of teaching a foreign language to technical higher education establishment students, describes its structure and constituent components, and formulates the fundamental differences of the developed system of modular teaching from the traditional system of teaching a foreign language at technical higher education establishment.
