Abstract. The author substantiates the necessity of using play-technical techniques as a means of intensifying the scientific rhetoric communicative strategies formation, proves the effectiveness of their use in educational process, defines the play-technical technique, describes its characteristics and classification, and pays particular attention to the description of some play-technical techniques.
