USING CASE STUDY IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION IN A NON-LINGUISTIC INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the peculiarities of using the case studies for professional communication while teaching the students of non-linguistic institutes of higher education. The advantages of this method in the development of communicative competency and professional competence of learners are shown. The problems, connected with its use in the learning process, are discussed.
