RITUAL POETRY IN THE WORKS OF RESEARCHERS OF THE OSSETIAN FOLKLORE

Abstract. The article examines general and national specific features of ritual poetry of the Ossetians, the ideological and aesthetic content of scientific works of scholars, illuminating this issue, is revealed. A short characteristic of scientific achievements in the field of the Ossetian folklore is given. As a consequence it is concluded that there are various points of view on the investigated problem.
