TEACHING RUSSIAN PHONETICS AND ORTHOEPY IN DAGESTAN SCHOOLS WITH ACCOUNT OF INTERFERENCE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of teaching Russian phonetics and orthoepy in Dagestan non-Russian schools. Particular attention is paid to the account of phonetic systemic relations of contacting languages. The authors prove the necessity to develop a scientifically based and methodically thought-out system of exercises with account of the interference of the mother tongue.
