MEANS FOR MANIFESTATION OF THE CONCEPT "NOBILITY" IN THE RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES

Abstract. The article aims to examine the means for manifestation of the concept NOBILITY in the Russian and English languages. The author shows that semantic structure of the key nomination of the concept NOBILITY has been changing from the moment of the origin of the word in the language up till now. The researcher identifies the corresponding motivating features in the structures of the analyzed concept in the Russian and English languages, focuses on the most frequent features. The paper distinguishes the features relevant for the representatives of the Russian and English ethnos.
