THE CONCEPTION OF COGNITIVE-SYSTEMATIZING DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF A NON-LINGUISTIC HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. The article deals with the fundamentals of the conception of cognitive-systematizing development as an optimal factor of construction of the effective strategy for the development of communicative competence of students of non-linguistic specialities. The theory of cognitive development, the basic provisions of the system and system-activity approaches act as the prerequisites for the development of communicative competence in the paradigm of cognitive- systematizing technology.
