LINGUO-CULTUROLOGICAL MARKEDNESS OF GERMAN POLITICAL DISCOURSE (BY THE MATERIAL OF PUBLIC POLITICAL ADDRESSES OF ANGELA MERKEL)

Abstract. The article conducts a linguo-culturological analysis of political addresses of Angela Merkel in 2015-2016 from the viewpoint of identifying linguo-culturological markedness. The authors note the use of precedent phenomena in political speeches of Angela Merkel - historical events, realia known to the German linguo-cultural community (Holocaust, Eurozone). The value character of political discourse is an appeal to significant for the society frames, concepts, scenarios. It allows us to analyze the German discourse of Angela Merkel from the viewpoint of identifying important values at the present stage of the German society development.
