ON THE SYSTEM AND STRUCTURAL PECULIARITIES OF THE TECHNICAL TERM OF WELDING ENGINEERING

Abstract. The article is devoted to the definition of the term of welding engineering and to the identification of its major systemic and structural features. Special attention is drawn to the dual nature of the technical term that allows us to interpret it as a unit of the common language nominating the specific concept of welding. Terminological systemacity of the term being one of its main characteristics is based on the conceptual and structural organization of the terminological system of welding engineering.
