A PLAY-PARTY SONG OF THE SOUTH TRANS-URALS COSSACKS IN THE CONTEXT OF FOLK CULTURE

Ukraintseva Nina Efimovna
Kurgan State Agricultural Academy named after T. S. Maltsev

Abstract. The article examines various approaches to the problem of the analysis of folklore in the context of national culture. The contextual connections of a play-party song of the South Trans-Urals Cossacks are analyzed. It is observed that a myth-poetic, social and locative background of a text, conception about the personality of a collector, about an emotional mood of the performers help find new ways of comprehension and understanding of the verbal material. A synchronic and diachronic context of a song reveals digression of the Cossacks’ traditions under the influence of the urban culture.
Key words and phrases: текст, контекст, фольклор казаков, локативный контекст, свадебный обряд, сговор, игровая песня, text, context, folklore of the Cossacks, locative context, wedding ceremony, betrothal, play-party song
