ORGANIZATIONAL PECULIARITIES OF WORK WITH GIFTED STUDENTS: RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract. The relevance of the studied problem is conditioned by the fact that work with gifted students and teachers’ training for work with them are considered as one of the most important problems all over the world. The current trends in teachers’ training for work with gifted students abroad are identified and the necessity of studying the foreign experience of teachers’ activity and its use in our country is grounded. The authors focus on the specificity of working with gifted students, as well as on the analysis of the work of foreign associations, projects, and programs.
