B. PACHEV AND THE PROBLEM OF EASTERN POETICS ASSIMILATION

Abstract. The article focuses on the issues of influence of the eastern people’s artistic culture on the Adyghe literature formation. The early works of the Kabardinian written poetical tradition founder B. M. Pachev are under study. The author identifies the principles of interaction of the Arabic, Russian, Kabardinian literatures. The special attention is paid to the issues of the Kabardinian poet’s innovation in the creative use of the eastern versification technique and assimilating other peculiarities of this poetry. The paper concludes on the variety of the poet’s creative approaches to the problems of ethnos’ history, its psychology, the role of a striking personality in the artistic consciousness evolution, the place of the works under study in the modern state of the Adyghe (Adyghe, Kabardinian, Circassian) literatures. The findings can be used while developing the specific issues of North Caucasian literatures and in the secondary and higher education.
