USING THE CASE-METHOD IN INTERACTIVE TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TO STUDENTS OF A NON-LINGUISTIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the problem of using the case-method in professionally oriented teaching a foreign language to students of a non-linguistic institution of higher education. It is shown that the application of this method at the lessons of a foreign language reflects the main contemporary didactic and linguistic principles of teaching. The paper describes the potential of this educational method, the stages of working with it, and also practical recommendations.
