ETHNO-LINGUISTIC CONFLICTS: "HATE SPEECH" AS A MEANS OF IDEOLOGICAL STRUGGLE

Abstract. In the context of the current political situation arose due to the exacerbation of various international and ethno-confessional conflicts in different fields there is just another strong "burst" in the broad and public use of "hate speech". In the article the authors define the term "hate speech", consider this phenomenon in terms of the contemporary cross-cultural communication and describe the main characteristics of the studied phenomenon.
