PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS REPRESENTATION (BY THE MATERIAL OF CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH-LANGUAGE LITERATURE)

Abstract. The article examines the pragmatics of realization of negative emotions in literature. Emotive speech acts and their components are analyzed and determined, in particular: locutionary act, illocutionary act and perlocutionary act. It is shown that pragmatics is focused on the achievement of communicative goal of the utterance and getting a planned result (achievement of perlocutionary effect). The paper highlights the types of speech acts from the viewpoint of presence or absence of illocutionary force, perlocutionary objective and perlocutionary effect.
