Petrova Elena Aleksandrovna
Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

Abstract. The article aims to study the substantive-nominative proposemes (SNP) with a wide spectrum of logical-semantic potentials at the statement level. To study and model them the logical-cognitive approach seems to be adequate since it considers and integrates the logical relations fixed by the special cognitive structures and appropriate linguistic components. Therefore the spheres of interaction between the language systems, thinking and consciousness within the logical-cognitive paradigm required implementing research procedures, methods and techniques relevant for the object of study.
