OVERCOMING DESTRUCTIVE INTERFERENCE IN THE PUNCTUATION OF SIMPLE SENTENCE IN SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL TRANSLATION

Abstract. The article deals with the cases of linguistic interference in scientific-technical translation when using a comma in the punctuation of simple sentence structures. The author reveals the reasons of interference misuse of comma, and notes the impact of these mistakes on the understanding and meaning of the sentence in the translated text. The paper shows the possibilities of overcoming the destructive influence of the punctuation interference on the quality of the translation.
