COMPARATIVE ASPECT OF AUTHOR’S TRANSFORMATIONS IN PHRASEOLOGISMS WITH PROPER NAMES BY THE MATERIAL OF THE FRENCH AND ITALIAN PRESS

Abstract. The article examines author’s transformations of the French and Italian phraseologisms with proper names, analyzes the peculiarities of their functioning in the mass media texts and provides a comparative analysis of research findings in both languages. The researcher discovers the motives to use the mentioned units, considers their role in the newspaper article, the level of influence on the reader. The findings and conclusions promote deeper understanding of specificity of using author’s transformations in such type of phraseologisms as phraseologisms with proper names.
