THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE VIETNAM PRESS DEVELOPMENT AND HISTORICAL CONDITIONS OF THE COUNTRY’S DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. The article examines the stages of the formation and development of the press in Vietnam and their relationship with the historical conditions of the country’s development. Beginning with the first printed editions, press materials told about the life of workers, called for a liberation struggle, enlightened the masses, rallied ranks of fighters for the liberation of the country, and told the whole world about a brutal and unjust war. The press developed and improved with the country and continues to do so at the present time.
