PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS TO DEVELOP TEENAGERS’ ARTISTIC TASTE IN THE CLASSES IN DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ART

Abstract. The article raises the problem of developing artistic taste and argues that the acquaintance with the decorative and applied art is of special importance in this process. The author justifies the necessity to organize step-by-step handicraft perception combined with the practical artistic activity; the paper also emphasizes the necessity to develop the content of teaching and methodology aimed to discover the specifics of decorative and applied art, to develop students’ handicraft skills and competences.
